Return Policy

To request a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of order date (including in-store pickup). The item you wish to return must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged or altered, with all tags and, if possible, in its original packaging. Any product that does not meet the conditional standards of this policy will not be accepted.

Return Process - How to Return?

Before sending the product to us, you must fill out the contact form in the contact area. Use the shipping method of your choice – we recommend using a service that offers tracking and sending the item back to us with a copy of the invoice you received with the item you returned. Always provide your customer number or order number to speed up the process.

If you misplaced the invoice, please include a note with your full billing address, order number or customer number so we can issue a refund or exchange.

Exchange or Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange of the same product, the product must comply with our condition guidelines.

Quantities can be very limited due to the nature of overstock, 2nds and closeouts business. We recommend ordering the item you want to exchange now, rather than waiting for your return to be processed to ensure you get the item you want. Waiting for your return transactions is not recommended.

All international exchange orders will be charged the shipping cost corresponding to the changed order amount. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, Customs fees, VAT and other charges that may be incurred when returning or exchanging products. Order totals for Melik Kam products do not include surcharges related to international taxes.

Non-Returnable Items

In case of problems arising from delivery, such as damage to the packaging; damaged packages should not be taken and a report should be kept with the cargo company. If the courier considers that the package is undamaged, you have the right to demand to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged. After delivery of the cargo, it is considered to be well-made by the delivery company. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, you should be informed as soon as possible with the remaining copy of the report. Without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility on behalf of the consumer; We accept the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within seven days from the date of receipt of the contract or signing of the contract.


Pay Back

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the timeframe and condition guidelines in our Returns Policy. Returns that meet our returns policy guidelines will be reconciled with the original payment method. In case the products are delivered in accordance with the melikkam.com return conditions, the return amount of the product will be processed on the day it reaches the product. The reflection time in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to a credit card are credited to the account within 1-3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by Wire Transfer are reflected to the account within 1-3 weeks at the latest. Shipping fees paid for international returns are non-refundable, and shipping, customs and tax fees are not refundable for international returns. Taxes and customs fees will be deducted from the total amount of your order paid and returned with the payment method you use.
